It's pretty different from Calm or Headspace. Those are more for meditation/mindfulness. TBM is about actively changing your subconscious programming, not just relaxing. It's a much more 'doing' process.

Yeah, I tried Insight Timer and Headspace before this. TBM is way more hands-on with the workshops and deep imaginings. It's less passive. If you're serious about manifestation, it's a different league.
